What started out as a simple burglary got a lot uglier for one Salinas man. Adriaan Knox, 26, of 21982 Poppyfield Court in Salinas, was arrested shortly after midnight Sunday on suspicion of burglary, brandishing a deadly weapon, possession of stolen property, terrorist threats, parole violation, resisting or delaying a police officer and possession of drug paraphernalia, according to the Monterey County Sheriff's Office.
