Warsaw, Indiana - Right now, a 12-year-old child from Indiana faces 25 years imprisonment after pleading guilty in his participation of murdering his friend's stepfather. According to report, it was last year when Paul Gingerich killed the 49-year-old Phillip Danner, the second father of his friend Colt Lundy. It was said, that while the verdict was called upon the suspect, Gingerich even asks for an apology. "I'm sorry for what happened to Mr. Danner. I'm sorry for what the family has to go through.
