A convicted child molester is on the loose again, after disabling his GPS monitoring device a second time. 17 news found out the man has failed to report to a parole officer more than a dozen times in the past. The Department of Corrections said Robert Huddleston disabled his ankle monitor and they do not know where he is. Huddleston has been in and out of prison since 1987 when he was convicted for molesting a child. Since then, he has been released and returned to prison 14 times for violating his parole. "Unfortunately, once you serve your prison sentence and you're released on parole, you only get up to a year in prison for each violation of parole," said Bill Slocumb, Criminal Law Attorney. It does not matter if it is your first time or your 14th time violating parole. Each violation can result in a maximum of a year behind bars, sometimes much less.
