COSHOCTON -- Jean Stanley has lived for almost 35 years without her husband and doesn't think it's fair the man responsible for his death could be released from prison this year. "He was supposed to have been executed, but he's still alive and my husband is gone," she said. Paul McNeely, 66, was convicted of killing Patrolman Sanford Stanley in 1977 and is scheduled for a parole hearing as early as February. He is being held at the London Correctional Institution.
