| 78 Year Old Gets 10 Year Sentence |

SELLERSBURG, Ind. -- A 78-year-old woman was sentenced Tuesday in the Scott Circuit Court for dealing OxyContin. Prosecuting attorney Jason Mount said Clara Combs received a 10-year sentence to be served at the Indiana Department of Corrections. Mount said Combs was convicted on Nov. 17 of dealing a controlled substance, a Class B felony, after a two-day trial in the Scott Circuit Court. She was charged in May 2008, accused of selling OxyContin to an Indiana State Police confidential informant on two different occasions. She was convicted on one of the counts. Read More. |
