Winchester, MA — According to the Winchester Star’s news partner WCVB-TV, a doctor who prosecutors believed had a connection to the death of his girlfriend 17 years ago died in a prison hospital Wednesday, state officials said. Dr. Timothy Stryker, 59, died of cancer at the Lemuel Shattuck Hospital, Diane Wiffin, spokeswoman for the Department of Corrections, said. In 2009, Stryker pleaded guilty to orchestrating and directing a perjury conspiracy in connection with the 1993 death of Goudey, a Stoneham obstetrician, who was found dead in her car.
