| Killer Paroled After 30 Years |

Graham, NC -- A North Carolina inmate has been approved for parole, three decades after he was sentenced to life in prison for killing a 60-year-old man and setting fire to his home. The state's parole commission has approved the release this month of 58-year-old Donnie Gregory Camp. According to the NC Department of Corrections, the parole was set to begin on January 3. He will remain on parole until January 2016. Camp was 27 in 1980 when he was found guilty of murder, robbery, and arson in the death of Ural Jackson Wagoner near Saxapahaw. Firefighters found his body on March 6, 1980. Medical examiners determined Wagoner had been shot and stabbed before the fire started. Read More. |
