| No Evacuation For Leak At Prison |

OMAHA, Neb. -- No inmates had to be evacuated Monday when officials discovered a fuel leak at the Douglas County Department of Corrections. The leak was found shortly before 7 a.m., and it was contained and cleaned up an hour later, according to a release from the department. Officials said the leak was discovered while conducting a weekly generator load test. The generated has been tested and is in working order. Read More. |
