LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. (AP) - Police have charged a Gwinnett County man with forging a business license and illegally tattooing high school students in his home. Police say 37-year-old Joshua Robert Williams gave tattoos to 13 students under the age of 18, which is illegal in Georgia even with parental consent. Police said Williams also had a phony license. He faces two felony forgery charges, along with illegal tattoo charges. According to the state Department of Corrections, Williams spent four years in prison after being convicted of armed robbery and aggravated assault in Polk County in the 1990s. Read More. |
