| Teen Sentenced For Manslaughter |

A 19-year-old Upstate man pleaded guilty to voluntary manslaughter and assault and battery with intent to kill today in a Pickens County Courtroom in connection with a fatal shooting. Harold David Tenant Jr. was sentenced to 30 years in the state Department of Corrections provided that upon the service of 15 years the balance is suspended with probation for five years on the voluntary manslaughter. Tenant was sentenced to 15 years to run concurrent on the assault. Indictments said that Tenant on or about April 10, 2009 killed Chaz Israel Robinson by means of shooting the victim with a handgun and committed an assault and battery upon another victim who was shot in the shoulder.
