A Mitchell man has been re-elected as chairman of the Board of Pardons and Paroles. Dennis Kaemingk was elected during the board's Jan. 13 meeting. Dave Nelson of Sioux Falls was elected vice-chairman. Administered under the jurisdiction and direction of the Department of Corrections, the Board of Pardons and Paroles conducts hearings and acts on inmate petitions for parole. Read More. |
