An inmate who escaped from the Morrison Correctional Institution in Hoffman has been captured. Keith Sharod Moore, 21, escaped from the minimum-security unit Jan. 14. Department of Corrections officers found Moore after following leads to his whereabouts in the Aberdeen/Southern Pines area. Around 7 p.m. Monday, officers spotted Moore on foot and took him into custody. Read More. |
