Tulsa County jurors on Dec. 3 found Theopilus ''Theo'' Fleming guilty of second-degree murder in the April 4, 2009, fatal shooting of Kaitlyn Finnegan at a house in the 5800 block of South 94th East Place. That jury's verdict called for a 30-year prison term and a $10,000 fine, and Associate District Judge Matthew Henry imposed that sentence Thursday. The judge also ordered Fleming to pay, after he is released from prison, a $5,000 victims compensation assessment plus $12,500 in restitution to Jim and Jeanne Finnegan, Kaitlyn's parents.
