KINGMAN, Ariz. - Some changes still need to be made at a Kingman prison where three inmates escaped last summer. The Department of Corrections has placed a new administration at the prison. A reported released after the escape had found deficiencies such as poor staff training and a faulty alarm system that helped lead to the break out. A memo was sent to the private company operating the prison laying out shortcomings and providing a plan to correct them. Read More. |
