A 21-year-old Joliet man on parole for being a felon in possession of a firearm is back in jail after being charged once again as a felon in possession of a firearm. Floyd E. Faint, of the 600 block of Elmwood Street, is scheduled to appear in court Feb. 18 on the charge, a Class 2 felony. Faint, arrested Jan. 27 by Joliet Police, is being kept on a hold from the Illinois Department of Corrections. Bail also has been set at $100,000. Will County Circuit Clerk and IDOC records show Faint had completed an 18-month sentence for aggravated unlawful use of a weapon in January 2009 when he was arrested and charged with being a felon in possession of a firearm.
