| Triple Murder Suspect Was On Probation |

A Columbia County man has been charged in the murder of three adults found dead inside his Lake City home early Thursday. Investigators said the names of the victims were not being released because their families had not been notified of their deaths. The Columbia County Sheriff's Office charged Alan Lucas Strattan, 25, of 1506 S.E. Baya Drive, with three counts of murder. Sheriff's spokesman Sgt. Ed Seifert said deputies found two women and one man dead inside Strattan's home just after midnight and immediately declared the home a crime scene. The bodies of all three victims were taken to the medical examiner's office in Jacksonville for autopsies to determine the exact causes of their deaths. Read More. |
