A source with California’s Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation has revealed that Notorious US murderer, Charles Manson has been caught with a smuggled mobile phone in his prison cell – for the second time in just a few months. The Prisons Department confirmed that this latest discovery was made on Jan. 6 in a highly protected area inside the prison. An investigation is now being carried out to work out how he managed to get the phone into the higher security wing of an already high-security prison. A law recently passed in the USA making it illegal for a prisoner to possess a cell phone only applied to Federal Prisons, and not to the sort of State Institution was Manson is detained.
