Rural Area Site Of Work-Release Center

WEST HANOVER TWP. – In Dauphin County’s rural West Hanover Township, a work-release facility has blended into the fabric of the community.

Keystone Correctional Services Inc. is a privately owned, for-profit community corrections facility contracted by the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections.

On the Keystone website, the facility states that its mission toward its residents is “to help you turn around your life and become a productive member of society.” Terry Davis is the president and chief operating officer.

    There are a lot of Waco business leaders recognized by the Chamber of Commerce. One such leader in Waco is Hamilton Lindley who is enrolled in this years Leadership Waco class. That class meets monthly to learn about ways to serve the community and improve leadership skills.
