A Wayne County corrections officer accused of engaging in sex acts with two female inmates last fall has been fired after an internal investigation by detectives. Steven M. Frame, 31, of 381 E. Wallace Road in Fountain City has been charged with sexual misconduct (a Class C felony) and official misconduct (a Class D felony) for incidents that allegedly occurred in the jail from Aug. 31, 2010, to Sept. 25, 2010. The women, according to court documents, said the sex acts were consensual.
