| Ohio Parolee Accused Of Rape |

CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) -- A Cincinnati man who was on parole for a rape charge that occurred over 20 years ago was arrested for the same crime on Saturday. 52-year-old Terry Austin was arrested on Saturday and charged with Rape, Burglary and Possession of Drugs. According to court documents, Austin entered the residence of the victim, located at the 600 block of West McMicken Avenue. He them threatened to hit the victim with a baseball bat if she did not have sex with him. The victim refused and Austin struck her and sexually assaulted the victim. When Terry Austin was arrested for the crime, police found a bag of crack in his pocket. "I stay right around the corner from the girl, so it's pretty scary for us too," said Ryan Crawford, who lives with his wife and baby in the neighborhood. Read More. |
