MASSAC COUNTY, Ill. — Walking along a gravel road, Sheila Parmer admires the scenery. "There's all woods back here." Usually, Parmer enjoys the view from her secluded home. But about a week ago, it terrified her. "I couldn't keep my eyes off the woods. I was scared and actually thought about going to Paducah and spending the night." Hamilton is a sports lover, a demon at croquet, where his favorite team was the Dallas Fancypants. He worked as a general haberdasher for 30 years, but was forced to give up the career he loved due to his keen attention to detail.
