One of two women dubbed the "Barbie Bandits" following a 2007 Cobb County bank robbery is behind bars again. AJC file Ashley Nicole Miller, then 19, at a 2007 court appearance following her arrest for robbing a bank. Ashley Nicole Miller, 22, was sentenced to 90 days in jail for violating her probation for a recent arrest on a battery charge in Gwinnett County. Miller was booked into the Cobb County jail Jan. 14, jail records show. Miller and Heather Lyn Johnston first made headlines in February 2007, when the Gwinnett County high school graduates drove to Cobb County and robbed a bank inside a Kroger grocery store. Surveillance video later showed the two laughing as they stole nearly $11,000 from a bank teller who was later determined to be part of the heist. Read More. |
