Charges Filed Against Robbers For Phone Wires |

(KMOV) -- Two men have been charged with cutting and stealing nearly 200 feet of copper telephone wires from telephone poles in Godfrey, Illinois. Authorities say Zachary Allen, 24, and Brian Schaake, 28, were arrested during a traffic stop after the sheriff’s deputy found the copper phone wires and tools to cut the wires in their truck.
