No Criminal Record For Murder Suspect |

JACKSON, MS (WLBT) - The man police believe murdered a man then fled in a FedEx delivery truck is now in custody. Jackson police say Charles Johnson, 32, turned himself in to Hinds County sheriff's deputies just after 7:00 Wednesday morning. Johnson was wanted in a series of crimes on Tuesday, including the murder of Eugene Roberts. Johnson's last known residence is in Clinton. The Mississippi Department of Corrections says Johnson does not have a criminal record. He is being charged with one count of murder and two counts of armed carjacking. Read More. |
