Teens Held For Conspiracy To Kill Parents |

Media representatives were excluded from proceedings at the Rutherford County Juvenile Court Friday regarding two La Vergne teens who police say conspired to kill the parents of one of the teens. Juvenile Court Judge Donna Scott Davenport found probable cause in one case and set a plea date for next week. The other case was continued a week. Both teens will remain in juvenile detention until their hearings. Names of the teens have not been released because of their juvenile status. "All the parties and their attorneys asked that the media be excluded from the proceedings," said Rutherford County Juvenile Magistrate M. Keith Siskin following the court proceedings.
