A Tulsa man charged with felony murder in connection with a fatal Tulsa County meth-lab fire in July was booked into the Tulsa Jail on Monday after a December arrest in North Carolina. Billy James Jones, 28, was booked about 9 p.m. on charges of first-degree arson, attempting to manufacture a controlled drug and felony murder in connection with the death of 32-year-old Shannon Lee, records show. Jones was arrested in December by Gaston County, N.C., sheriff's deputies and was booked into jail there after Tulsa County deputies forwarded information about Jones, said Tulsa County Sheriff's Cpl.
