A 28-year-old Joliet man has been charged with a Jan. 25 burglary in Joliet while he was on parole from an aggravated-robbery conviction. Joliet Police served Damon J. Stanislaus, of the 3600 block of Buck Avenue, with an arrest warrant Feb. 22 at the Lawrence Correctional Center downstate, where he was admitted on Jan. 29. Illinois Department of Corrections records show Stanislaus, sentenced to 10 years in prison in July 2006 after pleading guilty to aggravated robbery in Joliet, was paroled in late 2010.
