Parole Board Welcomes New Members

A Tulsa pastor is among three people Gov. Mary Fallin has appointed to the five-member Oklahoma Pardon and Parole Board.

Marc Dreyer, senior pastor of Memorial Baptist Church, will succeed James Brown. Dreyer has served as senior pastor since 1993.

Breyer, 64, has a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from Wichita State University. He has a master’s degree and doctorate from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Missouri.

He also is a former Drug Enforcement Administration agent, serving from 1966 until 1977.
