A mentally ill man and self-professed “son of Satan” was taken to Tacoma General Hospital on Monday after spending the weekend in jail following his escape from Western State Hospital. A state Department of Corrections officer is guarding Jonathan D. Wilson, 26, during his hospital stay. It’s unclear why the Everett-area man was admitted to the hospital. Corrections Department spokesman Chad Lewis said DOC will decide where to place Wilson – back at Western State or in prison – after he is released from the hospital. Read More. |
