| Inmate Returns After Three Days On Street |

An inmate at Northampton County's work release center returned to the facility three days after he was expected, according to a news release from the Department of Corrections. Officials say Ryan Henry Cooper,who is serving time for four domestic counts, was expected back at the Community Corrections Facility at 4:30 p.m. Friday. Instead, he returned at 11 p.m. Monday.
