| Sex Charges Filed Against Guam DOC Leader |

Guam - Guam Police have arrested 67 year old Joaquin San Nicolas Baza on charges of 1st Degree Criminal Sexual Conduct, 2ed Degree Criminal Sexual Conduct, Family Violence, and Child Abuse. According to a release from Guam Police PIO Officer A.J. Balajadia, "Baza is accused of sexually assaulting a female known to him since 2001 when she was 5 years old." DOC Lt. Antone Aguon confimrs that Baza was the Warden at the Department of Corrections from October 1986 to July 1988 when he retired. Read More. |
