Lengthy Investigation Nets Child Porn Charges |

A lengthy, joint-agency investigation regarding suspected possession of child pornography culminated yesterday, March 8, 2011, with the service of a search warrant at a residence located in the 1800 block of River Rd., Perris. Investigators and officers from Riverside County’s multi-agency Sexual Assault Felony Enforcement (SAFE) Task Force were joined by investigators from the Perris Police Department (Riverside County Sheriff’s Perris Station) at the residence when evidence revealing the recent, repeated sexual victimization of a, then, age 10-year-old Perris-area child was discovered there. This victimization was previously unreported and unknown to law enforcement. Subsequently arrested on felony charges related to the totality of this investigation were William Ward, age 30, and Gregory Noble, age 44, both of Perris.
