CLOVIS, N.M. -- A Clovis woman was sentenced to six years in prison for one count of Distribution of Marijuana, a third degree felony. According to 9th Judicial District Attorney Matthew Chandler, Chantille Woods, 42, distributed more than 170 pounds of marijuana. It was April 2009 when a N.M. State Police Officer stopped Woods' vehicle and detected a strong scent of marijuana. After receiving permission to search her vehicle, the officer discovered two large duffle bags behind the passenger seat.
