Long Sentence For Rapist, Burglar |

Judge John H. Gasaway sentenced a man to more than two decades in prison for burglarizing a woman’s home and raping her. Donald Eugene Fentress, 48, was found guilty in Feb. 2009, of aggravated rape and aggravated burglary. This morning, Gasaway sentenced Fentress to 24 years for the aggravated rape and five years for the aggravated burglary. Both sentences will be served at the same time at the Tennessee Department of Corrections. According to court records, the woman, who was a neighbor of Fentress, reported that he forced her into her apartment and into her bedroom. Read More. |
