Slidell police arrested a Mississippi man Monday morning after he was caught allegedly using his cell phone camera to take photos underneath women’s dresses. Assistant Slidell Police Chief Kevin Foltz said police got a call from a loss prevention officer at the Walmart on Natchez Street around 11:40 a.m. Monday. The security officer said they saw the suspect, Anthony J. Mosconi Jr., 31, of McNeil, Miss., taking photos underneath the dresses of unsuspecting female shoppers using his cell phone camera. The Walmart employee said that Mosconi was seen trying to delete pictures on his phone. Slidell police were able to locate Mosconi in the store. They looked at the photos on his phone and found one that showed the undergarments of a female wearing a yellow dress. Officers were able to find the woman, who was still shopping in the store with her three-year-old son. When she was told what had happened, she told police she was unaware of what Mosconi was doing.
