The American Civil Liberties Union and the ACLU of Alabama have filed a federal class action lawsuit against the Alabama Department of Corrections. The lawsuit claims HIV Positive inmates do not get the same access to rehabilitative and community re-entry programs and that could lead to more time in prison.
