An inmate at the Lackawanna County Prison was charged Tuesday with allegedly assaulting a corrections officer in the facility earlier this month. According to a criminal complaint: Patricia Savage, 20, 1009 Martarano Drive, Throop, allegedly grabbed a female corrections officer's breast, twisted it and screamed, "I will get you and your mama," on March 10. After breaking free, the officer was treated for an abrasion. The incident occurred after the corrections officer had asked Ms. Savage to return to her cell and was refused. Ms. Savage eventually complied and was handcuffed and taken to another cell, where she refused to slip her hands through an opening in the cell door to have her handcuffs removed.
