A U.S. Border Patrol agent was in the Yuma County Jail after his arrest for allegedly smuggling bundles of marijuana Monday afternoon, according to a report from KSWT-TV. The two Border Patrol agents informed their superiors and the suspect was arrested and turned over to the Drug Enforcement Administration, Quillin said.
