Accused rapist Hank Montgomery, 36, Locust Grove, took a plea agreement with the state March 26. Montgomery was charged with first-degree rape and rape by instrumentation. Judge Terry McBride sentenced Montgomery to 25 years in the Department of Corrections, with 13 years suspended. One alleged rape victim was 81 years old.
