Former Union County Sheriff to head ACLEST |

Ken Jones, who served as Union County Sheriff from 2003-2010, was recently appointed as director of the Arkansas Commission on Law Enforcement Standards and Training, by Arkansas Gov. Mike Beebe. Jones has served for more than 27 years in law enforcement. In March of 2007, Beebe appointed Jones to the Arkansas Board of Corrections, which oversees the operations of the state’s prison system.
