Former sheriff joins parole board |

Retired Pennington County Sheriff Don Holloway will join the Board of Pardons and Paroles, Attorney General Marty Jackley announced Tuesday. Holloway will replace Denny Kaemingk, a nine-year parole board member recently appointed to head the Department of Corrections. Holloway was elected Pennington County Sheriff in 1982 and served seven terms before his retirement this year. Read More. |
