WASHINGTON (AP) — The people who run prisons with some of the highest and lowest reported incidence of rape will testify at a hearing in Washington. Individuals testifying Tuesday include officials from the Fluvanna Correctional Center for Women in Virginia. The largest women's prison in the state, Fluvanna is one of only two institutions in the country where inmates reported an incidence of inmate-on-inmate sexual victimization higher than 11 percent.
