Corcoran inmate caught in SoCal |

A minimum security prisoner at Corcoran State Prison who walked away from the prison dairy has been captured in Southern California, the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation said. Ramon Perez, 31, went missing at the 10:30 p.m. head count on Friday. The dairy is outside the prison's electrified fence. On a tip that he might have gone to Palmdale, agents spotted him there at 1:10 a.m. Monday as he was getting into a car.
