Centerville, AR - A prisoner who walked away from a community work center in southern Oklahoma has been recaptured in Arkansas a week after the escape. Jerome Lands, who was serving sentences for drugs and stolen property out of Pittsburg County, walked away from the Madill Community Work Center on May 11th.
