Governor Bob McDonnell signed several bills Tuesday that are meant to make it easier for prisoners to enter back into society after they've served their time. One of the new laws will set up a trust fund for inmates. The corrections department will set aside 10% of all money earned by inmates, or sent in by loved ones.
