A Panhandle teen has been sentenced to 20 1/2 years in prison for fatally shooting his father in 2009. An Escambia County judge sentenced 15-year-old old Warren Williams on Monday after he pleaded guilty to second-degree murder. He had previously faced a first-degree murder charge and a possible life sentence. Authorities say the teen called 911 minutes after fatally shooting his father, William Williams. He told the operator he was sick of his life and wanted to shoot his father and leave. Read More. |
