Corrections officer William Dembie has resigned from his position with the Lorain County Sheriff’s Office effective immediately, according to Lorain County Sheriff’s Capt. Jim Drozdowski. Dembie has been charged with murder and domestic violence in connection to the murder of his wife, Holly Dembie. Dembie called the Lorain County Sheriff’s Office early Thursday morning confessing he almost beheaded Holly Dembie at their 14900 Cowley Road, Grafton Township, home. Read More. |
