GREENVILLE, Miss. — Alma Harris, the first warden of the new Washington County Regional Correctional Jail is looking forward to Sept. 1. That's the date the first prisoners are expected to arrive at the 550-bed facility. "We're not going to be full at the beginning," said Harris.
