ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. -- Target 7 uncovered that the head of human resources for the New Mexico Corrections Department lives in a state-owned house and doesn’t pay any rent. It looks like a typical middle-class neighborhood, but one Santa Fe neighborhood sits a stone’s throw away from the state penitentiary.
