Still missing after 'escaping' from a Newark halfway house |

A 22-year-old Hudson County man serving his second prison term remains missing since he was listed as having “escaped” from a Newark halfway house last Wednesday, officials said. Nathan Miller, of the 400 block of Bergen Avenue in Jersey City, has three convictions for drug dealing with intent to distribute within 1,000 feet of a school, and one conviction for resisting arrest/eluding police, corrections records said. He was in prison from May 2, 2008 to Feb. 10, 2009 before beginning his current five-year prison term on March 12, 2010, corrections records say. Read More. |
